It’s very important to develop kids’ motor skills. It improves brain functions and it’s very useful for a child’s development. In order to make it, we used doorknobs, furniture wheels, locks, a phone and what not! Interaction with all those small objects and various activities help to improve fine motor skills. A kid can touch, spin, twist, open – this can keep a toddler entertained for hours. There’s no need to buy an expensive busy board, you can just make one yourself.
A developmental book is even cooler than a busy board. Of course, it takes time to make it but the result is beyond expectations! They can be absolutely different – space or animals, home, zoo or different professions. Choose what your child really loves and create your own world together.
Food is also a new toy! Your toddler will enjoy making pyramids out of pasta. Maybe there’s a future chef in your family – there’s only one way to find out. Remember to play safe while you are in the kitchen.
